In over 18 years in the design industry, I have developed a keen eye for detail and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of companies and clients, from startups to large corporations.
As a founder designer or as an executive leader, I had the opportunity to build a strong design culture and shape effective design strategies and crafts to deliver tangible results, leading by example.
At this moment, I’m building and leading the Design organization at BairesDev, a bootstrapped software solutions Unicorn.
